How to Play Elastics - 

Also known as Chinese Jump Rope or French Skipping, this is an energetic jumping game for 3 or more people. Each of the players take turns jumping while the other two stretch the elastics between their legs and singing fun rhymes.  

The child jumping goes trhough stages of growing difficulty as the elastics are moved higher and higher up the legs!  Not as easy as it looks and definately a great workout!
